We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing.

David Thompson is a skilled executive who partners with business leaders, investors and home buyers to grow and manage their real estate portfolios.
David’s enthusiasm for business and can-do attitude helps clients clarify their goals and charts the path to success. Earning client trust through demonstrated acts of integrity drives David’s passion for getting the details right and communicating in a straight forward manner.
Most recently David was President of a large industrial group, based in Fort Mill, SC and has over 20 years of business experience.
During his time leading businesses, David developed the strategies and executed the tactics to drive profitable growth that included many investment decisions, negotiating winning customer contracts and building lifelong business relationships.
Successful real estate investments have always been a personal obsession for David, leading to the development of his own portfolio of properties and continuous journey of learning everything related to real estate.
David said of his work in developing PMI Amazing Spaces: “I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their goals. I started this company because I could not find a property manager that had my same beliefs in terms of maximizing return on investment while providing for asset preservation and professional / considerate relations with tenants.”
David has lived in the Charlotte area for over a decade with his best friend and spouse, Leslie. Together they enjoy the many outdoor and metropolitan activities offered in the Carolinas.
David has an International Operations Management degree, a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Janice is your community Realtor and has lived and worked in the Charlotte market area for over 10 years.
Janice was born and raised in the south where trust, honesty and commitment were instilled in her at an early age and have been the pillars to her success.
Joining the military at an early age, Janice served our country for over 20 years. During this time Janice demonstrated her ability to guide military and civilian personnel in training development, performance management and leadership.
After leaving the military, Janice worked in Corporate America for several years before deciding to pursue Real Estate as a vocation.
Janice has two daughters and a Boston Terrier that keep her busy in her spare time. When asked about her work, Janice said “Real Estate is my passion; I enjoy helping my clients navigate the every-changing market. Utilizing my diverse skill set, I achieve outstanding results and quickly become a trusted advisor. I look forward to working with you! “
Janice has Master of Arts, Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration.
